Re: Native Watercraft Slayer review

I've seen the Slayer, but have not paddled one. It looks like a great boat. The only thing I didn't like about it was the front tank well and it looks like it may turn into an issue. The reason I didn't like it was that I often get waves over the front and the front tank well was in a perfect positi...

Re: Eleven-11-Two 1's next to each other

Question about Frogman Swim. I am signed up and the site shows that I am registered to be there but I have not received any information on what I am supposed to do. Has anyone else received anything or are we just supposed to show up.

Re: Waterproof Camera Recommendations?

I had a Pentax Optio that I used for a long time for fishing and snorkeling. I finally drowned it while snorkeling in Aruba. It was a good camera, but an older model with mediocre picture quality. The new Pentax waterproofs are too expensive so I ended up with a Panasonic Lumix TS10. It is a great l...

Evan,

I thought you might have posed for it. Here is a link to the artists website. I love her work.

Why don't you edit the times in the initial sign up post. As it is, you have conflicting times in two different locations.

Re: Fly rod restoration?

Have you found anyone to help you with these? I build primarily graphite rods, but I have built on bamboo blanks. If they are not expensive bamboo rods and the ferrules are OK, I could help you and I think they would turn out nice. If they are expensive classic bamboo rods, I would recommend having ...

Re: PFTC #2 questions

I'm just going to take a picture of everything I catch then turn it in and let them figure it out. With the luck I usually have, that shouldn't be too hard. Plus, the wind will be blowing so hard I doubt I will get far from the launch.

Re: Fishing DAys Suspended, Health

Sounds like you have had a rough time. My prayers are with you. I'll pass along a few things Jay Brewington told me when I found myself in the hospital. 1. Listen to you Doctors and health care professionals and do what they tell you. They know what they are doing. 2. Don't try to do it on your own....
