I'm gonna head out this weekend and see what happens, I'm right next to johns pass and there is the sandbar right in the middle, I can anchor in the shallow water safe of boats and I'll cast into the channel and slowly retrieve see what happens...

Where is a good place to catch flounder this time of year....or is it too early/late.

I only have the florida law stick (36") and he was longer then it was, i would guess maybe 40 overall it was almost 34 and a half at the fork... or about this big
