I own the 3000, like the handle better. Very lightweight, awesome if you throw artis all day, so pair it with a light weight rod and your wrist will thank you for it.

I really liked the Slayer jig head quality, comparable to the Owner TwistNLocks. I would definitely purchase some. Grade A On the down side in my opinion was the Topwater. Got my biggin last year with 79 degree temp. 6, 20-30 and 40lb kings caught.Todd wrote:73 degrees is the magic number. Should be here soon enough.

Thanks, it was a fun event. Congrats to the other guys. I entered at 3:00 pm the day before the tourney ( 2 hours before cutoff ) and missed the captains meeting and they gave me entry #25.
