I am shoooting the PTTS tarpon tournament again this year and here are a few of the highlight shots from today womens event. I know it's not kayak related but it is fishing related.

Disregarding the disgusting zoo atmosphere of the PTTS tourney, those are some nice shots.
Over every mountain there is a path, although it may not be seen from the valley

What Rik said.
Being out on the water in the kayak is the prize. Catching fish is the bonus.

Are you the official PTTS photographer or just shooting it for your pleasure.
Lens/body model?

I'm shooting for the Waterline weekly. It's a paper that is issued weekly with the herald in Charlotte county.

Nikon 70-300vr I usually try to use aperature priority in order to hold a good depth of field. In the morning it don't always work because of the low lighting it slows my shutter speed to much. I have some f2.8 lenses but in the daylight it's not really necessary.
