Seven Day Fronts

Post by Heywood »

These seven day fronts are just plain ole frustrating. Seems like every weekend the wind just blows and blows. With a week long trip to Houston coming up, I was determined to get out on the water today, so I called up BigFlyReel and we met up at the local park.

Greg put a whooping on me.

Was an interesting morning. Full-night full moon, real low tide, and a 10-15 knot wind in our face right down the shoreline. We were finding the fish, but they just didn't want to do what we wanted them to do...

Bill also had a nice flounder, and several on-and-offs. It was good to be out on the water, and it gave us the opportunity for some god karma.
