funny part was i actually caught a large pinfish as well... it hit my cal jig.. and was actually hooked through the lip... the limbo shot doesnt do it justice either... i actually had to lay completely flat in the yak in order to get under that branch... i ran into one problem though... that center ...

i walked a few miles along lido beach today... aside from tons of bait, mullet and whiting i didnt see anything worth looking at... aside from the hotties in bikinis.... had a few snorklers tell me they saw jacks along the outer bars and some snook along the rocks... but i didnt see a thing why are ...

as for noticing if/when a fish is on.. when i caught the 2 lady fish there was the initial hit that i didnt notice so much but then the hooked fish starts to thrash around and it causes the rod to jump and thump around...first time it happened i couldnt figure out what the sound was and kept looking...
